§ 01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 57vip platform available at 57vip.net (the "Platform"), you ("Player," "User," or "you") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the 57vip Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

§ 02 Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account on the 57vip Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine gambling regulations applicable to online gaming platforms.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of 57vip or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or payment processors.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the 57vip Platform or any affiliated gaming platform.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list applicable to online gambling in the Philippines.

57vip reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of age. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by 57vip may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

§ 03 Account Registration

Each player may register only one (1) account on the 57vip Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your legal full name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested by 57vip. You further agree to promptly update your account information if any details change.

• Account registration is free of charge.
• You must provide a valid Philippine mobile number that you own and control, as it will be used for account verification and OTP-based two-factor authentication.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• 57vip will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat.
• Accounts are non-transferable and may not be sold, gifted, or assigned to any third party.

57vip reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide reasons for such refusal.

§ 04 Account Security

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your 57vip account. You must take all reasonable steps to maintain the security of your login credentials, including your password and any OTP codes received on your registered mobile number.

• You must not share your account credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• You must notify 57vip immediately via live chat or email if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• 57vip strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (OTP via SMS) on your account.
• 57vip will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized account access where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials.
• You must log out of your account when using shared or public devices.

57vip employs 256-bit SSL encryption and TLS 1.3 protocols to protect all data transmitted between your device and the Platform. However, you acknowledge that no internet transmission is entirely secure, and you accept this inherent risk when using any online platform.

§ 05 Deposits & Withdrawals

57vip supports deposits and withdrawals via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions on the Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP).

• Deposits are credited to your 57vip account balance in real time for GCash and PayMaya transactions. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) banking day to reflect.
• Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within the 57vip cashier at the time of transaction and are subject to change without prior notice.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements.
• GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) minutes of approval. BPI, BDO, and Metrobank withdrawals are processed within one (1) banking day.
• 57vip does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction fees, for which 57vip bears no responsibility.
• All withdrawals are subject to identity verification. 57vip reserves the right to request supporting documentation before releasing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms pending investigation.

57vip strictly prohibits the use of third-party payment accounts. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Any deposit received from a third-party account will be returned and the associated account may be suspended.

§ 06 Bonuses & Promotions

57vip may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards, reload promotions, and other incentives to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time the offer is made.

• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds and must meet applicable wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry periods are specified in the individual promotion terms.
• 57vip reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Any attempt to exploit bonuses through systematic wagering strategies, collusion, or the use of multiple accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.
• 57vip reserves the right to apply a maximum withdrawal limit to winnings derived from bonus funds, as specified in the relevant promotion terms.
• Players who have opted into a self-exclusion or cooling-off period are not eligible to receive or redeem any bonus offers during that period.

§ 07 Gaming Rules

All games available on the 57vip Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific rules of a game, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

• All bets placed on the 57vip Platform are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after confirmation except where expressly permitted by the applicable game rules.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game session, 57vip will use commercially reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state from server logs. The outcome determined by 57vip's server records shall be final and binding.
• 57vip reserves the right to void any bet or game round where there is evidence of technical error, data corruption, or manipulation.
• Live casino games are subject to the rules of the relevant live dealer studio provider. 57vip is not responsible for errors made by live dealer personnel, which are governed by the studio provider's own dispute resolution procedures.
• Sports betting markets are subject to settlement rules specific to each sport and event type, as published in the 57vip sportsbook rules section.
• Winnings are credited to your account balance upon settlement of the relevant game round or event.

§ 08 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 57vip Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant Philippine authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting any other person in circumventing the single-account policy.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or 57vip staff to manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to arbitrage betting, matched betting using bonus funds, or systematic exploitation of promotional offers.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Allowing any third party to access or operate your 57vip account.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or impairs the Platform's infrastructure or other players' experience.

§ 09 Intellectual Property

All content on the 57vip Platform — including but not limited to the 57vip brand name, logo, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, and user interface design — is the exclusive property of 57vip or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 57vip.
• You may not use the 57vip name, logo, or any associated trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship without express written authorisation.
• Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit to 57vip may be used by 57vip without restriction or compensation to you.

§ 10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 57vip, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits due to technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.
• Interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any game or service offered thereon.
• Errors in game outcomes subsequently corrected pursuant to server log records.

57vip's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 57vip account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 57vip's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

§ 11 Account Suspension & Termination

57vip reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from your bank or e-wallet provider.
• Identification of the account as a duplicate of an existing 57vip account.
• Player-initiated self-exclusion request.
• Regulatory requirement or court order.

Upon account closure for reasons other than breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements. Bonus balances and winnings derived solely from bonus funds are non-refundable upon account closure.

You may close your 57vip account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests are processed within two (2) business days.

§ 12 Responsible Gaming

57vip is committed to promoting responsible gaming and maintaining a safe gaming environment for all Filipino players. We provide the following responsible gaming tools to all account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account to control your spending.

§ 14 Amendments to These Terms

57vip reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 57vip will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account, or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform, at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.

§ 15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and 57vip, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting 57vip's customer support team. 57vip will use reasonable efforts to resolve any complaint within fourteen (14) business days of receipt.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

• All disputes must be raised within ninety (90) days of the event giving rise to the claim. Claims raised after this period will not be entertained.
• 57vip's decision on any dispute relating to game outcomes, bonus eligibility, or account status shall be final and binding, subject to any applicable regulatory review process.
